top 100 chefs? no Canadians??

Just my opinion
Canada is a nation of great products, chefs and the ever growing population of Foodies. To think that we have no representation of chefs in the top 100 is ludicrous. So how accurate can this list be? How much credit do we give it?

Best Chef is pretty subjective, everybody has different criteria, different experiences and different results. But I guess if there has to be a list not everyone can be on it. I always say the difference between a fantastic restaurant and a packed full fantastic restaurant is hype. So I guess the top 100 chefs or restaurants for the most part comes down to the top 100 publicists!
